Since updating to iOS 18.6 Bluetooth is not pairing with my car or earbuds

Since updating to ios 18.6, my bluetooth will not connect to my earbuds or my car. The only way I can connect is to turn my phone off and on again, which I am doing pretty much every day now. This still isn't the answer for my car. I can turn iphone off and on in the morning to connect to earbuds, then if I get in to drive in the afternoon the bluetooth won't connect and the only way to connect is to turn iphone off and then on again.

Not a great solution for something that never used to be an issue. I would like to know if anyone else has had this happen?

Reset network setting.

Unpair and repair.
