Unable to use Spotify on Apple Watch without iPhone

I need to install Spotify on my Apple Watch Series 7 but it says installed and requires iPhone.

Try this Download a playlist
Don't open the playlist via "Playlists" but rather via "Downloads"
Press play on that playlist when you are still in reach of wifi or your iPhone
Go out for a run and stick to that playlist
