AirPods Max Keep Cutting Out When Connected to iPhone 16

Hi everyone,

I’m having a frustrating issue with my AirPods Max. They keep cutting out intermittently when connected to my iPhone 16, even though:

• Both devices are fully charged
• The AirPods are only 1–2 feet away from the phone
• I’ve reset the AirPods Max
• Restarted my iPhone
• Forgotten and re-paired the AirPods

Despite all that, the problem persists. The audio drops randomly during playback, and I haven’t been able to pinpoint a cause. Has anyone else experienced this with the iPhone 16 or AirPods Max? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated.
