How can I stop getting this messages from Apple Community on my Apple device?

for some time now, i keep getting those messages from apple comunity, but i don't want to get them. but only this type of them so discusions that i didn't participate in, only for example if someone replays to my comment or question i want to get the message, i don't want to get message every 10 minutes or less
