Several times a day, the bluetooth connection with my mouse disconnects for an unknown reason. The problem occurred after installing a bluetooth loudspeakerset and requires me to restore the connection until I remove the batteries from the mouse myself. What causes this conflict?

Most likely, interference from the Bluetooth speaker is causing your Magic Mouse to disconnect when the speaker is active.
Since you didn't provide any information about the make & model of your Bluetooth speaker or where is is placed in relation to your Mac / Magic Mouse, I can only offer that one potential solution would be to move the speaker away from your Mac ... maybe 10-15' to see if that resolves the issue.
Clear, but is there also a solution?
The speakers we are talking about here are Majority 40X BT. I have received instructions from the manufacturer and am currently testing whether this is the solution.
