We spent too much time on this, but my wife uses my iCloud storage and we want to share Notes as part of the Family plan. I read that you need a different Icloud account to make this happen, but that doesn't make sense with the Storage plan. She has her own private stuff and I have mine. But all 3000 notes are for both of us. How do we fix this?

Create a new folder, share this folder. Then you can move notes in batch mode to this folder. There is no select all and you are limited in the number of notes you can move at a time but it’s much easier than sharing each individual note.

Correct. Each user needs their own Apple Account. Notes, and other content, can be shared as per Share notes and collaborate on iPhone - Apple Support
Thanks for the help! But I can't share all iCloud notes in the Icloud folder with a family member that has a different account? To do each note by note is not very effective.
