“Original Sound” lost on Zoom ~ is this a Mac issue or not?
Am unable to find “original sound” on Zoom any longer. It was suggested that this is a Mac issue … has anyone else encountered this problem and discovered a solution?

Zoom Workplace menu > Settings > Audio, scroll down to the Audio Profile section and it's there. FYI, I am running current macOS (15.6.1) and current Zoom (6.5.12).

you do not really elaborate on "any longer"....old issue, new issue, what changed?
Verify your software is up to date.
I will note— Webroot anti-virus is known to interfere with Zoom, causing audio problems, connection errors, etc.
Thank you, Neuroanatomist. During a (complicated) Zoom meeting, did not see that option (which, on my screen, required scrolling down i.e. it was not immediately visible). Problem fixed. Thank you again for your patient guidance.
