Suddenly every shopping search I attempt on Google on my iPad, returns with results from UK.
How do I change this region back to US

Open your chosen browser (Safari?) - and open the Google home page:
At bottom-right of the screen tap Settings - and from the menu that appears, select Personalisation & Cookies:
You can now choose your preferred language. Tap the EN button - and from the localisation list choose English - United States
