If the video itself was recorded with wind noise, the built-in Noise Cancellation feature on the iPhone will not help remove it afterward. That feature is designed only for live playback—when you are listening to audio or watching a video in a noisy environment, it reduces the surrounding background noise around you so the sound is clearer. However, if the wind noise is already part of the recording, it cannot be canceled or removed by the system after the fact. To fix that kind of issue, you would need to use third-party apps or audio editing software to clean up the soundtrack of the video.
