How to fix blurry footage with adjustment layers in Final Cut Pro?

when I use the adjustment layer in FCPX, the footage becomes blurry. Anyone have this issue?

Thanks. For both, I use my create adjustment layer from Motion since FCPX 10, and now using the FCPX 11 adjustment clip. When I use the curve or wheels on the adjustment layer or clip, the footage becomes a bit blurry and looks like a motion blur. I found the solution on the web, the solution is to directly apply the curve or wheels on the footage. It should be fine, but I can't use the adjustment layer function.

I am not following this. It seems overly complicated.

To create an adjustment layer, all you need is to make a new title - in Motion -, delete the Text layer, and check the box for Title Background. No need to add anything, or change anything else.
