Stop Erase Request on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Need assistance on removing the erase request on my iPhone 13 Pro Max I just gave to my mom. I have already erased and factory reset it before I logged my Mom's Apple ID and it keeps coming back whenever the Find My refreshes. I also have my Mom in iCloud Family Sharing.
