Getting appointment at Genius Bar

I'm trying to get an appointment at Apple Store Genius Bar. It asks for my address. I enter my full address, house number, street, town, state, ZIP code. I click Chose This Location. I get a message that I need to enter the entire address. I don't se how the address could be more complete. Is there a secret trick, or is it just not possible to work with Apple?

Are you not able to go directly to the website of the Apple Store you want to go to and choose the reservation option from there? When I do that it does not even ask for my address and I can choose that store.
