White cast and 1.5-inch stripe on iPad Air screen

My iPad Air was working fine but for some reason when I got on to use it this morning the screen was just white, now it’s stuck on a white screen and I have done all the things to restart it which then worked kind of but there’s now everything has a white cast display and a 1 1/2 inch stripe on display and I tired to restart it again but the screen is back to being stuck white with like a sticky ghost display of the keyboard where the stripe appears on the screen and it won’t restart and is just frozen like that.
