You also need to delete the "Microsoft Basic Data Udisk" 175GB designated as "disk0s3". Once you do that, then perhaps Disk Utility will allow you to merge both the 175GB & 229GB sections back into the APFS Container. Unfortunately Disk Utility may not be able to do it. How did you get so many partitions in the first place? You should never modify the partitions once you have installed Windows using Bootcamp Assistant.

If you cannot do this through the Disk Utility GUI interface, then you will need to do so using the command line. I have two posts where I provide tips for using the command line.....just make sure to have a good backup first since using the command line is very risky and it has no safety nets.

I wrote a post in two other threads where users were unable to reintegrate a Windows Bootcamp partition back into the macOS APFS Container. Every user's situation may be slightly different, but here are the links to my other two posts which can be used as a starting point and a template to possibly resolve the issue without needing to erase the entire drive & start over from scratch. The instructions & suggestions may need to be modified for some situations.

Before making any attempts to modify the partitions, you should make sure to first have a good backup since modifying partitions is always a risky endeavor. Also, make sure to disconnect all other external drives as well.
