How do I remove blue arrow on my MacBook Pro?
Is there any way to make the blue arrow go away?

You can disable the Caps Lock indicator by running this command in the Terminal then restarting…
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/FeatureFlags/Domain/UIKit.plist redesigned_text_cursor -dict-add Enabled -bool NO
You have to run it whenever there is a macOS update.
You re-enable it with this command…
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/FeatureFlags/Domain/UIKit.plist redesigned_text_cursor -dict-add Enabled -bool YES

This one?
That’s the Caps Lock indicator. To get rid of it, press the Caps Lock key.
If you mean permanently get rid of it or make it user selectable, only Apple can do that.

—if you click on the caps lock symbol on screen will shut it off, the very next time you turn on caps lock ( to work in ALL caps for example) it will remain off for the duration ...until you hit caps lock again. This is how it works, for 1-cycle .

Why would I need a Caps Lock indicator on the screen when I have that already on the keyboard?
Personally, I like it because I know how to touch-type so I look at the screen when typing, not the keyboard. I type fast enough that if I don't notice caps lock is ON, I have quite a few letters to delete.
But I suppose the real reason you have a caps lock indicator on the screen is that Apple decided you should have one.

The way my hands sit on the keyboard, I can't see the light even if, like neuroanatomist, I wasn't a touch-typist who rarely looks at the screen.

Nope.
If you copied the the command between the quotes "sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/FeatureFlags/Domain/UIKit.plist redesigned_text_cursor -dict-add Enabled -bool NO", pasted it in the Terminal, hit Return then entered your Admin password, hit return again, then restarted your Mac, it should work.

You don't know Apple very well. It is usually Apple's way or the highway. If you don't like what they make, then purchase something else. Of course if your employer only wishes to use Macs, then you are stuck although you can ask your employer to disable the Caps Lock indicator for you since they should be able to do so.
You can try providing Apple with product feedback as already been suggested.
You can also contact Apple corporate:

FYI, I actually agree with you that is a very annoying feature & change forced onto users which really should be a configurable & individual choice for each macOS user on that Mac. I also know, that Apple will do as Apple desires and I would be surprised if they change their behavior now unless enough users report the issue to Apple.

Well then, you'll have to live with it, I guess. Also, you might want to check your keyboard. It seems to have an interment fault.
Why would I need a Caps Lock indicator on the screen when I have that already on the keyboard?
Hahaha, what?
Thanks, but does not work.

I have exactly the same problem!
So it seems we are back to...

If it works on my Macs it works on yours. You have to run the command, then restart your Mac.
Nope.
