It appears to support Display Stream Compression, DSC, so there should be no problems obtaining 120 Hz refresh rate on each of two independent displays used as extended desktop.
Regular ThunderBolt cables for this use are limited to 0.5 meters maximum. if you need longer lengths, an ACTIVE ThunderBolt cables can be used (but much more expensive)
