previews for movies in appletv store do not play sound

this probably started after the update but now all previews for movies in the apple TV store Do not play sound but previews for Apple TV shows do play sound and all my movies play sound along with the noises for scrolling around the apps, but not for movie previews in the store.

Is this happening on your Apple TV box (which model?), or on a different device?

Which update are you referring to? What is its current version system software?

I can’t replicate this on my Apple TV box with tvOS 18.6. The trailers that I just tried all have sound.

Have you tried both force-quitting the TV app, and then restarting the device?
