ECG not reading on Apple Watch Series 10

I have an Apple Watch series 10 and I’m having difficulty getting my ECG to read. I’ve tightened my bands, placed my hand on counters and tables. I’ve even tried holding my breath but it just doesn’t seem to work. The red dot just spazzes on the screen. Has anyone noticed or encountered the same issues? If yes, have you done anything that would have gotten it to work better?
