potential battery issues with iphone 13 mini

Since the other evening my iphone 13 mini has been having some issues where it will periodically turn off by itself. Usually, but not always, after this happens I’ll get a settings notification saying that there is an issue that the battery can’t be verified as an apple one and the health will appear depleted. At one point last night my phone turned itself off at 90% and when I turned it back on again the battery was at 1% and the health was displayed as 0% but this has since reset and settings is no longer showing any issues with the battery and the health is at 93%. I’ve only had this phone 3 weeks and I bought it in excellent refurbished condition and this issue has only just started happening. So far today I’ve had no issues but I’m concerned there is a larger problem at hand here so wondering if I need to take it into an Apple Store for them to take a look at it. Sounds silly but a real concern of mine would be losing my pictures and videos because I have a lot of memories there and I don’t want the phone to break and I lose them. Any help or advice would be really appreciated!!
