How do I turn off audio message transcription on iPhone 15 Pro?

On iPhone 15 Pro, the audio message transcription is part of iMessage. Apple doesn’t currently give a direct toggle to disable it system-wide, but you can manage it like this:

1. Go to Settings >> Messages.
2. Turn off Show Transcriptions (if the option is visible in some regions/versions it may not show).
3. If that toggle isn’t there, the only workaround is to delete transcriptions manually or use voice messages in apps like WhatsApp/Telegram, which don’t auto-transcribe.

iOS 17+ enables this by default in iMessage and Apple hasn’t added a permanent off switch for all users yet.
