You must have broken the "sudoers" file at some point by making an bad edit to it.
The easiest way forward is to replace that file with one from a backup made before the catastrophic edit.
Also, make sure you copy & paste the error message since it seems like you made a mistake with posting it here. Terminal messages are extremely important to report correctly & exactly.
