How do I fix time limit blocking Apple Store app download on iPad?

Original Title: Can not update/dowload Apple strore because the restrictions set on this device - Ipad gen8 - IOS 18.6.2
Check at Setting > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, and turn that switch off. If it is already off, then toggle it on and back off again.
You will need to use the App Store app on your iPad to download the Apple Store app. Note that they are 2 different apps for 2 completely different purposes.
