I recently gave my aunt my iphone 16 pro max and purchased an almost brand new iphone 13 mini. I cannot for the life of me sync my music to my phone now. I see it on my computer, see it in itunes, but no luck when i plug in the phone. I have authorized, deauthorized. I have tried everything. Any suggestions?

Using the numbers above what step are you not able to complete? In particular are you able to select the device as highlighted with the blue arrow in step 4, so that you can then select a content type for syncing in step 5?

I plug in the phone and it just backs up. I can't find any music on my phone. It wont let me sync the music on my PC to my phone, there are no options. I cant even add them manually if I wanted
