Today I wanted to use the flashlight in my newish iphone se3. There is no flashlight icon on my se3. It is not in the hidden icons.

I can make the screen get into the edit state but there is no '+ Add a control' shown on any screen.
Home button phones do not have flashlight on the Lock Screen, never did.
