I just want to say Apple employee at Westfield was so nice and help us with the Vision Pro I want to give him a tip and help me so much plz give him a raise so kind and helpful and help us

Apple does not respond in these user-to-user forums but you can certainly leave feedback with the store manager.


There was once a link for reporting experiences, good or bad, involving Apple service, support, or sales people but it disappeared 5-10 years ago.


👉🏻 A tip: I used to manage product support for a major player in a different market sector. I preferred getting a letter about my employees who did good things. A cogent letter becomes a useful proof statement in the employee's permanent file at review time. One time I had an employee "on the cusp" and what saved her weref positive written comments from customers in her file. She went on to be a very effective team member.


Even for a retail store employee, a letter may be far more affective than leaving a phone message for the manager.
