How to delete photos and messages from a 7th gen iPad with 32GB storage?
i have a 7th generation a2200 ipad with 32gig i want to remove pictures and messages from this device only how do I do that?

While the iPad is using iCloud Photos, you cannot remove photos from the iPad only. Removing them from the iPad will be taken as a request to remove them from iCkoud and all of your other synchronized devices.
You could turn off iCloud Photos on that iPad only, and then proceed to delete photos from the iPad once deletes were no longer being synchronized everywhere else.
