Apple notes features not working/responding

I have encountered in Apple note taking application, which is significantly affecting ability and productivity. Additional key features specifically the ability to adding-shape, sticker, Text and signature are currently not functioning/not responding as expected these tools, essential for organising and customising notes, and their absence severely limits the core functionality. This should not only disturb the workflow but also undermine the reliability of the platform for both personal and professional use, I kindly urge your team to investigate this matter with priority and provide an update on any progress or expected resolution timeline.
