MBA M3 fully charged but system information shows still charging. is this issue?

Just bought a MacBook Air M3. I fully charged it and Battery Icon shows fully charged. but after getting to 100% charge, if I go to "System Information" within Settings of the Mac, in the "Power" section it says it IS charging.

Is this behaviour normal? is not system information supposed to say no charging?
