importing saved iTunes Playlists to Apple Music on PC

Hi, I have playlists saved from iTunes on my PC. Since iTunes forced me to switch to Apple Music, I cannot figure out how to import an old iTunes playlist.

To explain fully, got a new laptop and I started to import iTunes playlists manually because there were a lot I didn't want/need on the new computer. However, I didn't finish importaning an extensive list of saved playlists. Then, when it switched to Apple Music, the playlists I HAD imported to the new laptop migrated fine, it's the ones I hadn't finished importing that I can't figure out how to do now that Apple Music is the only option.

You don't have to switch to Apple Music while iTunes still functions correctly, whatever Apple appear to be saying here. Apple Music for Windows is a poor replacement. Not being able to import or export playlists is just one of many shortcomings. Uninstall it, and Apple TV/Devices if installed, then iTunes will work as it should. Until then it will be limited to managing audiobooks and podcasts.
