Is there any way that I can leave a family sharing's group?

Recently cut contact with a parent, and out of pettiness, he's turned on Screen Time content filters through family sharings. I can't access most apps (including my browser, since I don't use safari), and I can't log out of my iCloud account.

It's looking like my only option is to buy a new phone. Is there anything I can do?
