Apple Watch Saved My Wrist

I was working in an SRL (Self Retracting Lifeline) like I have before many, many times when the tensioned spring let loose and hit my wrist. I never felt the hit until minutes later when I looked at my watch for the time and noticed the screen had been hit. If I did not have my watch on this spring would have punctured my wrist and could have caused some serious pain and a hospital visit. I am thankful Apple built a strong and durable watch.
