Turn off private wifi addressing

Here is my network configuration:

2019 iMac running 15.6.1

firewalla box version 1.980 (233c5f72)

Scenario my system named Macbo-02 is configured with a static IP address and with private wifi addressing turned off. However, the system will randomly generate a host name of Macbo-02 with an address of 0.0.0.0 and a random Mac address. This will place the system into quarantine and stop my system from reaching the Internet. This issue is recent is taking place within the last two iOS updates.

Much gratitude for any and all help!
