Unable to buy AppleCare for MacBook Pro on Apple Support website
Bought a brand new MacBook Pro 16 today. Wanted to see how much the Applecare would cost.
When I try to buy applecare it asks me to update the date of purchase.
It then says I need to upload my receipt.
There is no place to upload my receipt.
Get stuck in Support.apple.com loop.
I have 60 days to purchase applecare after I buy my laptop.
How can I make it happen?
Do I need to return to the store I bought it from?
