Many channels on the JioTV+ app missing on my Apple TV

I purchased Apple tv this week, I have installed Jiotv+ app (Version 1.1.4-Released 20/08/2025). My apple tv is up to date (tvOS 18.6 -22M84).

Using video format 4K HDR, audio format Dolby Atmos.

The problem is that many channels are not playing (JioHotstar and Times group), when you click them there is just blank screen. Some of the channels are missing in the app (Star Gold HD, Star Gold HD2, Star Select).

SonyLiv/Colours HD/Zee5/News channels are working.

I tried few tricks (changing the settings, deleting and reinstalling the app) but nothing worked.

I have written 2 emails to the app developer but no reply yet.

If I use my old android tv box (MI tv) everything is working well.

Can somebody please help me.

Also requesting Apple tv to contact the app developer.

to a physical apple store and asking other customers there advice

Who is responsible ? I checked Apple TV store and found JioTV+ available before purchase . So I assumed that this app will work perfectly on Apple TV ! I purchased Apple TV device and this app is not working as expected ! What should I do ? Does Apple TV take any responsibility ? Why should I contact the app developer ? I want clarification on this issue ! I am extremely into apple ecosystem, but this was very much disappointing ! I want an explanation from apple, if an app is not working on advertised device, why is it available for purchase ? Please help me ! My Apple TV box looks like a junk for now ! I have wasted my money !
