Inconsistent tap to click on MacBook Pro M3 after macOS Sequoia 15.6.1 update

HI,

I'M observing missed taps and inconsistent tap to click functionality on my macbook pro 16 m3

I have already tried restarting
Running diagnostics snd checking trackpad settings everything seems fine no error codes
taps works sometime while tapping to insert between texts while typing, minimizing windows , moving between the tabs in the browsers, playing youtube videoes , selecting menu options under setttings but then on the same time doesn't work in between or doesn't registers clicks on tap for day to day tasks
click on the touchpad works fine

Anyone facing the same issue after recent updates. I believe its a software glitch

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
