There is a User Guide for Shazam online (link below): I don't know for sure whether there may be a way to send in lyrics ... you may already know more about Shazam than I do! Seems there are ways to send your own songs and such. You can click the "Table of Contents" to explore further if you wish.

Seems Music artists can set up an Apple Music Artists Account and, when their music is "live", they can have an artists page to access:
I don't know whether, or how, lyrics-syncing may fit in there somehow:
At the bottom of their Music Artists website (link below) it says: "Have a question?"
and there is a link to follow to contact their support team: https://artists.apple.com

There's a feedback form online where you can send feedback, feature requests, and more to those who work on Apple Music behind-the-scenes at Apple. They likely won't reply ... but they'll carefully read and log what you send them ... Feedback - Apple Music - Apple
