Unable to preview any Wi-Fi network after turning it ON

I'm not quite sure I understand exactly what's going on but I understand you are unable to connect to any wireless network. Is that correct?

If you can’t connect to a Wi-Fi network on Mac - Apple Support offers a few cursory suggestions. If you don't get anywhere please write back.

This may be a situation in which reinstalling macOS is justified: How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support. However, that can be problematic if you are unable to join a wireless network.

Do you happen to have a Time Machine backup?

Are you saying that once Wifi is Turned ON

In System Setting >> Wifi

There are No " Other Networks " appearing and listed ?

If so, a TM backup to restore to a previous state before the update was applied is needed

Though, barring a Hardware Failure, there should be Other Networks appearing though not connected

In the Advances setting

The icon in very bottom of your image

Click on it

Caveat being " Require Administrator Authorization to "

" Show Legacy network option "

Turn this ON

Do any network signals appear ?

If you have an add-on VPN app installed, remove it per the vendor’s instructions, restart, and test again.
