Are there EXCEPTIONS to BLOCKED Messages?

I read a bit about Messaging Blocked Contacts and that if someone BLOCKED your number, and you SEND a TEXT iMESSAGE to someone who BLOCKED your number, that your sent message might prompt a notice that the message was DELIVERED, but PROTECTS THE RECIPIENT who BLOCKED your NUMBER by ensuring they NEVER RECEIVE MESSAGES from you while your number is BLOCKED, or that you tried to contact them.

MY QUESTION IS, are there exceptions or hacks around this?

I ssk, because recently I have been using the option featured innthe MESSAGING APP. vs. writing out words inna text message. I just started doing this, so I am not sure if there are things I should know that I am exposed to that is different than sending a written text message. Because IN ORDER TO SEND A RECORDED VOICE feature offered in the Message App., it required me to ENABLE my MMS in my MESSAGE SETTINGS.

When reading discussions on this site about BLOCKED NUMBERS, i noticed the iMESSAGES term was written to reference text message communication to a number that has BLOCKED a senders Number.

BUT, the MESSAGE APP. sends messages many ways. SO, could you send a message to someone if you used another method besides iMESSAGES, to send a message thru the MESSAGE APP. to someone who has BLOCKED the number a message is being sent from?

(i Am aware the details read seemingly OCD, however, anyone who has ever been stalked before, would understand WHY EVERY BIT IN DETAIL is RELEVENT). THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR EXPERT INPUT. 🙏🏼
