Mac Mini M4 Video Playback Speed Accelarator

I have a Mac Mini M4, I mostly use it to watch video lectures, the problem I face is that the video lectures are mostly App based and on the Apps generally don't allow any extention to work on them and so there is no option to control the playback speed.

Is there any App or way around so that I can control the speed of any video which is playing on my screen even if its playing on an App ?

Please help, its killing a lot of my time.
