Can’t send iCloud mail but can receive

my phone was working fine for about 2 years sending and receiving emails (iCloud) but all of a sudden I can’t send mail but can receive.

I don’t know if it’s has something to do with the last update, but I did send a mail before the update and it sent but all mail sent after the update has been returnedand the attachment
