Broken promise of full access through apple payment
I really regret downloading this. The app promises you full access to all premium astrology features once you pay, but that’s just words on a screen. I went through with the payment using Apple ID, the charge went through instantly, and nothing changed inside the app. The same locked features were still there, the same pop-ups asking me to upgrade again. What made this even worse was support. I wrote to them explaining that I had already been charged but still couldn’t access anything. The reply I got back was a generic template email that didn’t even mention my issue. When I followed up a second time, I didn’t get any answer at all. It feels like they don’t actually read the messages - just copy/paste auto-replies until you give up. Normally, when you subscribe through Apple, you see it in your Apple ID subscriptions and can manage or cancel it. Here, nothing shows up in my Apple account. It’s as if the payment exists only on their side, leaving you stuck without any way to cancel or even prove what you supposedly bought. That’s really concerning. I don’t mind paying for a good app, but paying for full access that never unlocks, with no way to manage or cancel it, is just wrong. And being ignored by support on top of that makes the whole experience feel like a trap rather than a real service.
