I bought a couple in app purchases in a game and they have been pending since August 17th and it is currently August 27th. I have the correct amount of money on my card but I was wondering why it hasn’t gone through yet.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
You can also contact Apple Support about that, only they can look into your personal settings to find the issue.
