Apple music settings not showing on mac

Hi. When I click on my profile icon in the corner, it doesn't show up with any options for settings, it shows up with an option to make a public profile. I don't WANT a public profile, I want settings. I scrolled to the bottom of the page, no option for any way to log out or settings either. I also searched through my general settings. Please help
