Cannot setup phone number with iCloud FaceTime + Messages

Hi!

Since I got my iPhone 14 Pro and added my phone number to my iCloud (brazilian number), it never worked when I tried to use FaceTime on macOS... When I navigate to (on iPhone): Settings > Apps > FaceTime/Messages , my number is not "checked" as my iCloud email is. Whenever I select it to kinda turn it on, it never stops loading.

In the iCloud website, in the section Sign-In and Security , I can see that my mobile number is in Email & Phone Numbers , however it is followed by this message: Unavailable for iMessage and FaceTime .

Nothing works... I just wanted to use FaceTime on Mac...

Now with my iPhone 16 pro I have the same problem
