How to restore data from iCloud after iPhone factory reset?

I erase everything in my phone (factory reset) then I connected it to my Icloud. I looked at the setting and it says I can stop restoring it but i don't know what will happen if I stop restoring the data will it start a loop or what ever.

Suggest you wait until it’s finished.

Presumably you have a WiFi or 5G mobile data connection to the internet ???
