Did you already force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Can you see the awards, if you open the Fitness App on the Apple Watch and tap on the Award icon in the right button corner?
