My macbook pro is freshly out of the box why does it have these files

I don't see any weird things in the bottom screenshot
the 50OnPalette server is a native part of the macOS input system
In the top screenshot:
The droplets are most likely part of apples script editor. Where is this unknown folder stored on your Mac? and have you put back a backup? If you have done that then the dates in this screenshot can be accounted for
