Is there a feature on the iPhone 11 to help remove duplicate photos extra files and clean the phone? I mean you say there isn’t a good cleanup tool because it will be blocked. So how am I supposed to clean my phone? one by one?

Just an FYI: If you store photos in folders on your iPhone, you don't have a duplicate of the photo in your library. Photos in a folder are simply pointed from the photos in your photos library.
iOS pretty much cleans itself. Beware of apps which claim to "clean your phone;" there have been lots of occurrences of these apps corrupting databases and causing all sorts of mayhem.
As muguy and lobsterghost1 have said, Photo has its own Duplicate finder in the Utilities section. it can take quite a long time for duplicates to show up--days or weeks depending on the size of the Photos Library.
Make sure that your device is running iOS 18+. Duplicates will be found automatically in photos. Select the duplicates album. As for “extra” files, you would need to remove individually
