Why Microsoft Outlook keep crashing in MacOS Sequoia 15.6?

Open MS Outlook client app (16.100.1) from the MacBook OS Sequoia 15.6, the client app will auto close after 1 second.

Both MacOS and Outlook version up to date.

We have tried all the possible and suggested solution from this community. However, none of it working.

What is the root cause?
