Please help me cancel the subscription that is showing as “pending.”

Hello, I recently subscribed to ChatGPT Plus but I have already cancelled it. The last payment is still pending, and now I cannot download or update any apps from the App Store. Could you please cancel the pending charge and allow me to use the App Store normally again? Thank you.

Hello~ We are your fellow forum members and thus we have no access to your account. You must allow the pending charges to be billed and then request a refund. Do you have a working payment method in place?


Add a payment method to your Apple Account - Apple Support


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
